In today's age, we; women are too much busy including our personal and professional responsibilities. With the advance age, we have to always ready about our duty, and responsibilities. A woman have to get up early , and ready breakfast for family, and rushing to catch her train to go to the office. This is the overall picture of a woman's daily activity. And with tall these over responsibilities; they are naturally miss the proper food; meal and she miss the regular exercise.
 
And due to all these reason female body fitness always avoid by them. And it has seen that all across the world, the concept, 'emale body health issues' become a much talking subject, from a very few days. The scenario of female body health is very poor in developing countries than the developed country.

And acknowledging the importance of the women's health and how it is ignoring by the common mass across the globe, WHO (World Health organization) has taken lots of plan to aware the people about the body health of female and now there has an umpteen number of social reformation organizations, government or private working at the favor of the women's health and their figure.

Due to the lack of good health; women are mostly suffering from the Anemia, HIV, skin disorder, alopecia, aging and other problems. Because of their pregnancy, and also the menopause, women need proper health care , and good treatment; including the proper healthy diet and exercise. In a proper healthy diet, have include fresh vegetables, two or three fruits, milk products more than one, meat, fish etc.

According to the scientists in a proper healthy diet chart have to include proper calorie, carbohydrates, fat and vitamin. Absence of any of them has created deficiency. And deficiency means, the body is carrying some diseases. So; ladies please take care of your health and be aware of diseases because it relates with your beauty also.
